Upon scheduling an online appointment, we require a credit card to reserve your time. Your credit card will not be charged until your service.
For first time appointments, please arrive 10 minutes early.
We recommend that you schedule your next appointment prior to leaving the spa or salon to ensure you have the appointment time that you most desire.
We realize that everyone has unexpected interruptions in life, and occasionally, may need to cancel appointments. We request, when at all possible, that you give at least 48 hours’ notice when canceling or changing an appointment. When given ample notice, we will be able to accommodate another client.
We realize it is sometimes challenging to remember appointments reserved well in advance, and as a courtesy, we confirm your appointment 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled time via email and text. If for some reason we are unable to contact you, it is still your responsibility to remember your appointment time. If last-minute cancellations or schedule changes become habitual, we reserve the right to ask for pre-payment before scheduling your next service.
If no notice is given, your credit card will be charged the full value of the service.
Children are not allowed in the salon or spa unless they are receiving a service.
Our spa is a phone-free zone. Please take this time to unplug and unwind to more thoroughly enjoy your services.
