Prices and services are subject to change without notice.

Appointments

To help us provide the best possible experience for you and all of our guests, we kindly ask that you arrive at your scheduled time.  Arriving late may mean we’ll need to shorten your service or, in some cases, reschedule your appointment.  For first time appointments, please arrive 10 minutes early. 


When booking online, a credit card may be required to hold your appointment.  You won’t be charged until after your service. 


We recommend that you schedule your next appointment prior to leaving the spa or salon to ensure your next desired date and time.

Cancellations

At Lumos Salon & Spa, your time is valuable—and so is ours.  We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or changes. This courtesy allows us to offer the reserved time to another guest on our waiting list.


To assist with your schedule, we provide confirmation reminders 24 to 48 hours in advance via email and text.  Please note that it remains your responsibility to keep track of your appointment, even if you do not receive a reminder.


Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a 50% charge of the anticipated service amount.  Additionally, "no-shows" may be charged 100% of the full-service price to the credit card on file.  For ongoing no-shows, a service deposit for future appointments may be required.

Salon & Spa Etiquette

To maintain a relaxing and focused environment for all our guests, we kindly ask that children only visit the salon or spa when receiving a scheduled service.


We also invite you to fully unplug during your time with us. Our spa is a phone-free zone, allowing you—and those around you—to unwind and enjoy a peaceful, uninterrupted experience.

Gift Cards

All gift cards are considered final and no refunds will be given.  A Gift Card must be present for redemption.

Product Returns

Haircare products unused or slightly used can be returned within 7 days of purchase with an original receipt for a credit refund, exchange, or store credit.  All sales are considered final for any hairbrushes and/or tools.
